In the 21st century with digital, network and informative use, the computerize requests of auto office and commercial activity are becoming higher and higher. Electronic commerce and electronic government show the un-reversible tendency under the current trend. During the process of developing electronic commerce and electronic government, there is a most important thing that can' t be neglected, which is information security issue. The digital signature technology, as an important technology in information security domain, applies very widely. Among network security technologies, digital signature is mainly used to protect the integrity, un-denial and resistance of data transmission. Based on above all kinds of functions, currently digital signature has already became a hotspot issue and a question for discuss for many domestic and foreign specialist academicians.The digital signature technology is not only used in wired network environment, but also widely applied in wireless network environment. Compared to wired network, wireless network has narrow bandwidth, long delay time, weak processing capacity of terminal CPU, small capacity of storage unit, and so on characteristics. Consider the characteristic of wireless communication device, at the mean time research small operand of cryptographic algorithm of elliptic curve, high security, low resource requirement for time and space, and so on advantages, therefore cryptographic algorithm of elliptic curve is applied to run digital signature in wireless communication environment. This article is in the inspection of cell phone inquire and payment system, integrates symmetry encryption techniques and asymmetry encryption techniques in the cryptology. Based on the applications of the digital signature techniques of mixed cryptographic key in the wireless communication environment, the digital signature techniques use the encryption algorithm of digital signature based on elliptic curve. The cryptographic of symmetry encryption algorithm uses the cryptographic key exchange process of Diffie-Hellman, and implements the data update module of inspection and payment system, at the mean time processes the analysis of security and reliability for the provided solution.
