Document Transmission System Based On WFMS

The content of this dissertation is to study document transmission based on the WEB-Mail system. Through using based WEB E-mail system as the communication mechanism, document can be transmitted to other office people. At the same time, using web flow system to achieve cooperation of each part task. Therefore, this can realize the document transmission which belong to office automation system in daily official business in enterprise .Document transmission system introduces technology of database, e-mail system and remote communication to realize document transmission, information pool or communication among units in enterprise.In this dissertation, WEB Mail system is located at the bottom of whole system framework and realize document transmission among office worker. So operating system, MTA(Mail Transfer Agent) and database related to E-Mail system should be choosen. In the process of constructing document transmission module, the module are embedded in E-Mail system module which triggered by Apache server and run in Fast CGI. The whole system framework can be established three layer. First layer is the transfer provider realized by E-Mail system. Upper layer is the embedded document transmission module. The top layer is system administration module which provide an environment of security, stabilization. In whole system, workflow, WEB and theory of Mail transfer are used as main technology. Meanwhile, many problem was caused by using these technology and put forward corresponding handling method such as how to avoid congestion in mail queue because of sending document to thousands of people, how to distinguish which document is either mail message or document sent by office worker. As far as the system framework is concerned, system administration is important to document transmission system. System administration have two levels. One is user administration related to user information and other is system administration related to hard ware information and system outgoing and ingoing message traffic. This will be discussed in the dissertation.Utilizing the source-open, free software, embedding the document transmission module in E-mail system, the document transmission system optimized the efficiency of the high volume, web based mail system and realized the aim of stable, reliable, high efficient and convenient. Thus provide a method for constructing office automation system.
