Research Of A Kind Of Automatic Test Technology Of The Parameters Used In A Dual-CCD TV Goniometer

This paper studied a kind of automatic test technology of the parameters used in a dual-CCD TV goniometer. The TV goniometer is the ground control equipment of a model of anti-tank missile. It uses two CCD cameras and the signal extraction method of background counteract, which can make the guiding process of anti-tank missile won't interfered by sunlight, firelight of battle field, light, flame tracer etc. it can greatly improve the anti-interfering ability of the anti-tank missile system. The TV goniometer is a kind of optic-mechanic-electronic union equipment. The main technical parameters are field of view, zero point, precision, sensitivity, anti-jamming ability, zooming time and focus time etc. To insure the TV goniometer satisfying the tactical and technical requirement and discover fault and reason, a fast and accurate equipment testing technical parameter of the TV goniometer is urgently needed in manufacture and service.The paper briefly introduced the purpose of the study, the guiding principle of anti-tank missile, composition and principal parameters of the TV goniometer. How to test the technical parameters of TV goniometer fast and accurately, and the developed parameter test equipment working with the TV goniometer were introduced mainly in the paper studied.The working principle and system composition of the parameter test system were discussed in detail. The hardware design and software flow chart of the parameter test system were give out. At the end of the paper, the usage and the test results of the system are given.The results of experiments show that the parameter test system can realize all tests of the functions and parameters of the TV goniometer. The parameter test system had already been got hold of a practicality.
