Computer-Aided Design Of Mechanical Transmission Detail System

Computer-aided design of mechanical transmission detail system is introduced in this article. Its implementation principles, system organization and key technologies are described in detail, thus achieve the integrated idea of program and detail drawing. The system adopts multi-data processing manner, and it enables to design the detail drawing automatically in the light of users' requirements. The system based on AutoCAD2000 is programmed by object-oriented programming language-Visual Basic 6. 0 and makes use of the AutoCAD secondary developing tool-Active X Automation so as to realize parametric drawing. The system provides a convenient and shortcut design condition for mechanical designers, which avoids the troublesome calculation process and improves the quality and efficiency of design. The characters of this system are specialization, automation and mutuality.
