Mechanical Drawing is drawing exact representation of the mechanical structure of the shape, size, working principle and technical requirements of the subjects.Drawings by the graphics, symbols, text and numbers, etc., is to express the design intent and manufacturing requirements and the exchange of experience in the technical documentation, often called the "language of engineering."Development of economic globalization, the face of domestic and international competition, especially after joining the WTO in international competition intensifies, machinery manufacturing industry makes an urgent need to design drawings under the multi-national standards, to meet the national standards for production of different parts, to improve their operational strength and international competitiveness.The use of computer-aided design (Computer Aided Design, abbreviated CAD) is the current enterprise mechanical drawing methods commonly used in recent years, with the three-dimensional CAD technology for mechanical drawing has become an efficient way. SINOVATION system is the application software system with independent intellectual property rights as a domestic high-end3D CAD/CAM systems, efficient use of the powerful hybrid modeling techniques as well as convenient and flexible assembly operations to build three-dimensional model generated by the three-dimensional model of engineering drawings in line with national standards, the use of mechanical drawing commands and rich set mapping parameters, rapid completion of the design engineering drawings and provides engineering drawings print out the map function. In this paper, SINOVATION system Draco platform, combined with the current trends in mechanical drawing and empirical knowledge, designed and implemented a support for multi-national machinery industry standard mechanical drawing applications.Firstly, we discuss the mechanical design and manufacturing industry in mechanical drawing application system development and design of the project background and the problems faced by them, based on the analysis of the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and the system needs to flow diagrams and use case diagrams in the form of detailed description.Based on the needs analysis, we conducted a mechanical drawing application system architecture design. First, according to the system requirements of the system design goals and principles, and then were technical architecture and functionality of the system architecture design. Technology architecture mainly consider the system’s ease of use, scalability, maintainability and performance issues, using a modular, hierarchical architecture design methods, and the layers were each module and design analysis. In the functional architecture design, discusses the function of various parts of the system components, and finally gives a dynamic system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this mechanical drawing application system. This section in accordance with the hierarchical and modular thinking to design systems, and the design of each module are described. In system modeling, in order to more fully understand the mechanical drawing application system design, we briefly introduce the three-dimensional CAD system and analyzed the mechanical drawing application system in which the role and position. Then gives the overall mechanical drawing application system diagram. In the understanding of the overall structure, based on needs analysis presented in scalability, fit and ease of use are discussed principles of the detailed design of each module.Fourthly, we in the detailed design, based on the first of each module to achieve a brief introduction, the overall effect of the system is given diagrams and various parts of the implementation. Then focus on the implementation of multi-standard mechanical drawing a detailed analysis. In this section, first introduced in the three-dimensional mechanical drawing applications in CAD/CAM position, and on this basis, the design of mechanical drawing the overall structure of the application system, and established a mathematical model for the analysis of algorithms and data structures to achieve. Secondly, in a brief mechanical drawing application system module based on the actual system requirements, design and implementation of multi-standard mechanical drawing for the prediction model, and the results were predicted results show. Finally, a simple analysis of the system test, and the test environment to build and test process gives a detailed analysis.Finally, the application system for mechanical drawing applications are briefly introduced, and made recommendations to further improve the system.In conclusion, our analysis of business needs and ideas on the basis of mechanical drawing, designed and implemented for the mechanical drawing industry applications.
