Campus card application system, regarding IC card information as carry, is a network system that is applicable to consume and management In the campus management and life, it replaces various ID cards and cash payment means. Functions such as the life consume medical treatment management and ID attestation can be realized through the IC card, which makes the management and life much more convenient and efficient.A great deal of research work had been done for detail questions. Some new ideas and concrete examples of application system were presented, and also many problems in theories and engineering had been resolved. Application of IC card, technology of IC card,RFID and software development methodologies were summarized and analyzed,so you can hold application conditions of campus card and what had been done in this paper, Then, the system was researched with XP which is a kind of so-called light-weight methodologies. That was, campus card system was analyzed with analysis method in XP. With the system metaphor of XP, a new structure of system was worked out - a mixed structure with B/S and C/S. With XP's iteration and test-first programming means, the designs of all the editions were accomplished; Then, the safety of the system was analyzed. For delivering of information, Mixed Transmit Mode which is a combined transmit mode with Authentic Transmit Mode and Encipher Transmit Mode was adopted And the RSA algorithm was adopted to encrypt and decrypt data. Finally, the direction of the campus card application system was put forward.The conclusion of this thesis is significative both in theory and in application for establishing campus card system in schools which have campus net system. And particularly it is valuable for the present development of North-West campus net system.
