With China having joined WTO , market'request to nonmetal membrane quality becomes more and more strict.The dynamic measurement on-line of membrane thickness is an important portion for controlling the quality of products.All equipments whether they are made in china or foreign countries have some kind of defects.Therefore,to develop a kind of new system for dynamic measurement on-line of membrane will greatly improve the labor productivity and the quality of products,and the economic benefit will increase apparently.In this paper,some kinds of measurement methods are compared,a new type of sensor formeasuring thickness------" target dish" single-piece capacitance sensor is designed,whichconquered some defects of traditional double parallel board capacitance sensor . Based on this,G-5 dynamic system measuring on-line of membrane thickness has been designed successfully . This system may work cooperating membrane product line ,which is applicable on dynamic measuring on-line of all kind of nonmetal material . With relevant error compensation technology and anti-jamming step adoped,the system's resolving power is up to u m and it may work in all industry locale.The instrument adopts P87LPC767 microcontroller to fufill intelligentized requirement.The theme introduces the structure of system hardware and software,and the method of communication with personal computer.lt also elucidates the realization of the system's intelligentization ,which is based on virtual instrument technology.On the basis of performance of system's statistic test has been taken on simulated test system,and the system's dynamic target are determined.In a word,this paper has achieved the design and making of newfashioned single-piece sapacitance sansor and G-5 thickness measurement system both in theory and practice, and expectant target of design has been fulfilled.
