Study On The Failure Analyses Expert System Of Boiler Tubes Materials

The safety and economy of power plant have been influenced by the failure of boiler pipe. In this thesis, general failure analyses have been given on boiler "four pipe" based on theories home and abroad; And later, it carried out detailed analysis on failure of water wall based on the basic theory. On the basis of these analyses, systematic studies have been conducted on an operation failure analyses expert system of boiler pipe leakage. In order to establish boiler failure analysis expert system, the author analyzed the characteristic of common boiler pipe in power plant.Database management is the key problem in the establishing of expert system, and the knowledge acquisition process is a crucial stage in the technology of expert system. In order to establish boiler failure analysis expert system, the author has made studies rule-based knowledge representation and reasoning method. At the same time, the author had made it realized with Delphi language using proper data structure.
