Resources inputting plays a very important role within the process of production, and moreover, resources have been consumed during every single step of that process in one-way or another. Along with the developments of new technology and progresses of productivity, the total amount of resources burned by human beings has been increased dramatically. In this case, to improve the resources-using efficiency became a key issue today.The paper studied resources characteristic and information relationship, and comprehensively researched the information-fluency of resources under a workshop by setting up the framework of data transferring, which targeting to the analyses the whole function of resources under a workshop.The paper classified the resources information by the technology of facing-target, hence set up resources targets and discussed the relationship and structure with internship of those targets, simultaneity, the paper made out the method which translated object model into data-base model, finished the design of data-base and established the resources data-base. The goal of managing resources is to raise the efficiency of resources-used during that production process and enforcing agility, changeability and faulty-tolerance.According to process management characteristic, the paper established the process on information system management base on ffeb, moreover, the optimum value is achieved through the paper gave an evaluation model after assessing the solutions of multi-production through their economical results by employing Fuzzy-Theory. The method is proved the right through similar analysis .which has important reference value as realized the optimum value of process scheme.
