Printed Circuit Board is an absolutely necessary part of modern electronic products, with the development of PCB technology, further needs are put forward to its manufacturing process and equipment. As the special equipment of PCB mechanical processing which is an important procedure of PCB manufacturing process, High Speed PCB Machine is very significant for improving PCB' s productiveness and quality.This paper researches the key technology of High Speed PCB Machine based on the current advanced technology and the characteristic of PCB' s mechanical processing.Machining PCB by the graphics inputting is one of characteristics of High Speed PCB Machine, this paper analyzes the special graphics format of PCB and designs the data transferring interface.Because optimizing the tract of tool_ moving may enhance the productiveness efficiently of High Speed PCB machine, this paper solves the key problem and realizes the optimization of tool_ moving tract based on Genetic Algorithm when drilling holes, and discusses the realization the optimization of tool_ moving tract according to the coordinate value of line' s ends when milling PCB' s contour.Ball bearing screw-aerostatic slideway assures High Speed PCB Machine' s feeding system of its high efficiency and high precision. New aerostatic slideway designed is more rigid, which is validated by test and theory, the rational velocity of feeding system when its starting andbraking is calculated.Control system plays an important role in directing and harmonizing all parts of High Speed PCB Machine to realize its function, reliable hardware and powerful software of control system realize the special function of High Speed PCB Machine .
