As the continuous development of science and technology,electronic manufacturing equipment has been seen everywhere during daily life,printed circuit board assembly(PCBA)technology also becomes indispensable in today's electronics manufacturing.The core process of PCBA consists of surface mount of electronic components,which is called surface mounted technology(SMT).It is currently the most widely used technology in electronic manufacturing.However,the existing PCBA production lines often lack in production scheduling and real time monitoring,therefore,it is important to study PCBA scheduling and monitoring to improve the efficiency and stability of PCBA manufacturing lines.This project aims to study the production scheduling process of PCBA production line,combined with digital twinning technology,through manufacturing environment simulation experiment to test scheduling algorithm and real-time monitoring process,and to achieve efficient manufacturing of PCBA and rapid controlling of emergencies,providing improvement suggestion for the actual production environment of enterprises.The system uses QT tools to develop user interface and implements a simulated production environment service using the Linux server.The requirements analysis and the overall design of the system are firstly carried out.The UML model is used to model the PCBA scheduling system.The system is divided into three sub-modules: order scheduling,real-time monitoring and simulation production environment,then divided as user management module,order management module,order scheduling algorithm module,manufacturing control module,real-time display module,simulation manufacturing line module,production data analysis module and other detailed modules.C++ language and database are used to develop the system.Finally,the system functions are tested and analyzed using standard test problem sets and actual enterprise order data.The system uses advanced swarm intelligence search algorithm to achieve efficient scheduling of orders,provides real-time monitoring interface for manufacturing environment,and uses real-time monitoring to provide a basis for practical industrial production applications and further research.
