Along with the network technique of continuously develop, Internet technique has already permeated to each realm of the daily life and the industry production. It made the remote monitoring and control of the industry automation production possible. Through the remote monitoring and control, the technical personnel need not to attend personally or be in the bad environment. They can do this at other space, which is one of the problems that people always expecting the solutions who in the electric power, water conservancy, correspondence field etc.Through the research of the theories and engineering practice, This thesis carried out systemic and deep research on the main contents of the remote Monitoring and control system and some crucial technology, built the B/S framework remote monitoring and control the system of the water conservancy. Among them, the design of a Web-based monitoring and control project, the Integration of the Infranet and Internet/Intranet, The real-time data dynamic exchange and the research of real-time character and Network safety of the remote monitoring and control system are included.Because of the difference of the Internet/Intranet technique request and characteristics of Infranet, how to realize the integration of the Infranet and Internet/Intranet was analyzed and studied.Data dynamic exchange and real-time question were introduced and analyzed, several dynamic exchange technologies were mainly contrasted, and the ActiveX technique in the web page of the remote monitoring and control system was analized in detail. The real-time character of the remote monitoring and control system was researched, some measures and methods depended on existing condition were given to raise the real-time character of the system.According to the characteristics of the Web-based remote monitoring and control system, network safety is most important to the remote monitoring and control system. Some safety techniques in network communication were analyzed in this paper, several measures, which can enhance the network safety, were provided through the whole remote monitoring and control systemI believe my research have the positive effect to the remote monitoring and control technique of water conservancy project.
