With the development of computer technology and the constant enhancement of the ability to deal with data, the work efficiency of people gets rapid progress.This dissertation tells how to solve the practical problems in production by using the computer through which to treat data.First it introduces the current trend, landscape, and the development in or out of the country of the expert system and discusses the application of this research project in production.Chapter 2, it introduces the virtual instrument, including its conception, structure, evolvement and software tools. Meanwhile it gives relatively elaboration of its hardware. Chapter 3, it discusses several methods about signal analysis. This chapter gives comprehensive analysis from general analytic way, Fourier analysis to relevant analysis of signal and analyzing the power chart., especially form the theory talking of the signal processing.Chapter 4, the computer software realization of signal analytic instrument is mentioned. This chapter mainly introduces the advantage of C++ and Visual C++ to resolve the problems and skill to handle this type of data which we need using the two above languages. At last we give the interface and corresponding parameter settings.Chapter 5, it gives the detailed introduction of this software, including the uses, running condition, functional instruction and etc. At the same time it displays the interface of this software and the regular layouts of every functional button.Chapter 6, according to the certain motorcycle, it describes structural radiation yawp, rolling bearing, piston whack, yawp of matching gas of valve cam, gear mesh yawp, burning yawp and the yawp of exhaust and inhaust in details.
