Structure Designing Of Telephone Yellow Pages Management System And Actualization Of DP Subsystem

Telephone Yellow Pages Management System is an important project of the Nation Department of Information Industry. It is used to manage all the business of telephone yellow pages company, using computer. This project was started at 1997, now it is coming into using. In this paper, beginning with the introduction of yellow pages business and yellow pages company, after discussing some of the key techniques of the system such as architecture , network, server, we established the structure of the system, analyzed some difficult points of the system actualization.Data Processing subsystem was the foundational subsystem of Telephone Yellow Pages Management System. Its key functions were gathering, trimming, maintaining, sorting and transferring the data of yellow pages. The Fast Prototype technique and Stepwise method was used to design the system, and some working of system actualization using PowerBuilder/ Oracle 8 was introduced.Milt_user concurrent control is one of the difficult problems of Data Processing subsystem and other database based applications Based on the analyzing of traditonary concurrent control motheds, we bring forth the conception of Static Locks, its using scope and relationship with other locks was discussed.
