Study On The Algorithm Of Automatic Drawing And Graphics Standardization In The Plank Furniture CAD

Plank furniture has been popular among consumers because of its good_looking figure and being assembled and disassembled very easily. But most of our domestic furniture enterprises use traditional manner of manual drawing in the part and assembly drawing. Such a way is inefficient and not enough accurate. Even though some of the furniture enterprises apply commerical CAD software (such as AutoCAD) which can improve the efficiency to a certain level, these softwares can't, through the three_dimension model of plank furniture ,realize automatically drawing the corresponding part and assembly drawing ,so such efficiency and accuracy is still limited. Some foreign furniture CAD softwares can automatically draw the part drawing of plank furniture. However, the part drawing automatically drawn doesn't accord with the national drawing standard of furniture and expression style of furniture engineering drawing,so it can not reach the actual need of our domestic furniture enterprises.At the same time,the standardization of furniture CAD drawing is low in our country .Some labeling symbols are very random and there is no corresponding standard , while the national&global CAD standardization organation haven't establisn the furniture CAD drawing standard by far.In a word ,there is significant meaning that we make research about the algorithms of automatically drawing the part and assembly drawing of plank furniture and the standardization of furniture CAD drawing. The main contents of this paper are the following:1． The actual condition about drawing the furniture engineering drawing in domestic furniture enterprises ,the research actuality of the algorithms of automatically drawing the part and assembly drawing of plank furniture and corresponding CAD softwares and the standardization of furniture CAD drawing are analyzed in detail.2. The recent furniture drawing standard is analyzed ,and according as the characteristic of computer_aided drawing and some CAD drawing standards which are executed in our country , a propersitional scheme about the standard of furniture CAD drawing is put forward.3. According to the frame characteristic of 32mm plank furniture,a set of the algorithms of automatically drawing the part and assembly drawing of plank furniture and programme flows are put forward ,and the corresponding software model are explored. The software model realizes automatically drawing the part and assembly drawing of plank furniture.
