As the more widely the ventilator is used in our country, the higher measurement of ventilator performance demands. Improving the measurement of ventilator performance's automaticity can reduce the labour cost and increase the reliability of the test result, which is an urgent demanded problem. Apply the computer technology to the measurement of ventilator performance can not only exert the advantage of that have lower cost and high efficiency, but also be beneficial to veracity and higher efficiency of the measurement of ventilator performance, that is very important to our country's automatic built.The research of the measurement of ventilator performance bases on the windbox style. The system is monitoring the changing parameters when adjusting the assistant ventilator and the wind valve to change the flux and the press automatically. Then it records the ventilator performance parameter and performance curve under all work states. The PID arithmetic has a low degree lean upon the mathematics model. It is fitted to be the major technology of automatic adjusting the ventilator's work state. Because of reducing overshoot while in the process of the adjusting automatically, and reducing the uncertainty of the coupling system, this system uses the control arithmetic base on the RBF neural networks with multivariable to optimize. The hardware of this system includes the electric control cell, the adjusting control cell and the data collection cell. The software of this system includes the data collection module, the data manage module, the data display and store module, the report created module and printed module, the adjust module. Computer technology used to found hardware and software during all processes, achieve the automatic process. The advantage of this system is high testing precision, high functionality, easy to operate, and superior costing effectiveness.The testing data and time are stable, and the repeatability of testing data is good during the system's performance simulation. The testing precision achieves the designed goal and has a superior reliability during the installation and debugging of the system at the scene. The result indicated that industrial controlling computer goes with corresponding data collecting card, which could achieve the task of system's data collecting and processing. The measurement and control system could accomplish the task of measurement under different work states well during many tests, which verified the feasibility of the design. The windows'style design and generating the report automatically facilitates the users, and has favorable handle ability. Adjusting the PID parameter reasonably could achieve the better ability of the measurement and control system adjusting automatically, and fulfills the task of adjusting automatically under different work states.
