Java Card is the combination of Java language and Smart Card, with the advantages of carrying easy, security and using conveniently. Java Applet can be added, cancelled and run on Java Card which is an embedded system with certain function. When we use the embedded system into control scope, it forms embedded control system.Generally, control system works on a set of fixed rules, but people have the requirement that control system can run on some sets of rules. The article about the personalization of control system is based on the requirement. In this system, we peel the functions ,such as creation, management and execute etc. of rules's ,from control system, and form rules dealing parts. In this article, we use Java card to load, cancel and execute the rules. By replacing Java card with different function, we attain different control rules, and make the system with personalization.In this article, we use Fuzzy control as research object, and use "Vertical Pendulum" as the research model. According to the Rational Uniform Process, we detailedly describe the needs, analysis, design, implementation and test of the system in UML, and build Personalized control Virtual prototypes. During the course of design, we introduce the deductive formulae of Fuzzy control , Visual J++ 6.0 design environment and Java card as parts dealing with rules, and attain the personalized control with certain intelligence, and tests some experiment data.These tests show that the personalized control is an effective testbed with certain intelligence to research the problem about personalized control, and is a good templet for the further research.
