Collecting-Providing Elood NMIS Of Shand

In this paper, the requirement analysis based on Collecting-Providing Blood NMIS is .proposed, and the network architecture is designed using the Client/Server and Browser/Server .mode. According to the current DBMS develeping status, We research and design this NMIS using ORACLE as background database, JSP and ASP as the central server developing tool, and Delphi in the whole database application system.Database plays a vital role in NMIS, therefore the quality of Database effects directly on the success of NMIS or not. The whole process of database' development is described in detail. Meanwhile, we also deeply discuss the databases' performance optimization, backup and restore scheme, the strategy of safe control, data exchange in new and old central blood MIS and so on.The Collecting-Providing Blood NMIS' s general plan and realizing methods from many aspects is also analyzed, such as the choice of software/hardware, the design of network architecture, the method of software engineering, process control, the protocol of communication, the regulation of naming and so on.
