Research On The Serving Mode And Technological Framework Of ASP

ASP(Application service provider) has been a hot new thing since it appeared in 1999. ASP provides all kind of software functionality over the Internet or a private network for a fee, and its services include Engineering Design, Human Resource Management. Finance management, SCM (Supply Chain Management) ,CRM(Customer Relationship Management) or ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning), and so on. In this case, no matter whenever and wherever users can access any of applications and data which offered by ASP , and no matter what computer they happen to be using, In addition ,it can lower the cost of installing, supporting and application's upgrading. It's undoable that ASP can draw on more customers, and increase the flexibility of paying model.In this paper, Combining the subject of the Manufacture informationization of Guangxi, the operation mode and various kinds of commercial modes of ASP and the technologies of Web services have been discussed, especially some existing basic framework of ASP. After comparing the similarities and differences between Microsoft.NET and J2EE, the author made the choice of using Microsoft.NET in this paper, and make further introduction of Microsoft. NET. In the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of this paper, the author set up a services platform of ASP with Microsoft. NET, and design a simulative instance of the orders' management. In the instance, the author has designed three main modules: the web module, the windows module and the mobile device module. In order to test the instance, the author has imitated the running. All the author has done will lay a solid foundation and be a helpful trying for the further discussion and research of ASP.Besides, The author has done deep research about the development prospect and trend of ASP, and believes firmly that Web Services will be the mainstream in the future.
