The component technology based on building three layer(multilayer) architecture network application program system of c/s,is the mature and main current technology in the field of computer network application.this paper primarily exposes how to accomplish a practical and distributed network application system using the technology of DCOM extended component object model and software "bus".In recent years,with the fastening step of electric marketing and the reform of the administration of state power,the administration of the national electric power industry is undergoing a transformation from planned economy to market economy.As the fundamental unit of the electric power system,the power supply station is playing a more and more important role in electricity sales MIS along with the transformtion of the rural power grid. The target of the subject is to accomplish a power supply station software based on three layer architecture considering the technology of distributing component and the reformation of power supply station.After deep study to the key technology and multiple layer architectrue,we can truely master the application programm development method.This paper discusses distributed component technology and DCOM,as well as the application of soft bus in electricity MIS .The paper first introduces the content and the aim of this gradute project,then it takes a look into the distributed multi-layer information system;we also discuss the application of soft bus in the project;the overall design of the project is introduced too with the coding work being displayed, at last,we make a conclusion ,and takes an outlook into the future development.
