Design And Development Of Voice Over Broadband Network Management System

VoBB is a kind of new technology among all kinds of technology in transfering voice by data network. The task of this article is to develop a network management system based VoBB network. The system follows standard of Telecommunication Management Network and Open System Interconnect Reference Model, and takes up idea of Java 2 Enterprise Edition, and bases on broweser/Server to overcome limitation of Client/Server. We present a improved design pattern named Model-View-Controler-Data Access based on Model-View-Controler, and apply it to this system. The system has implemented configuration management, fault management, performance management, security management and system management of itself. In order to good compatibility, we design the interface of CORBA/SNMP gateway.
