Design And Implementation Of Hunan Network Polytechnical Senate Integrated Management Platform

As the development of our country's education reformation, the proceeding of educational informationization speeds up observably. AS a result, our education is on the way to the automatization, digitization, informationization and electrification. At the same time for the reason of the expanding enrollment of our colleges and universities in the past years, the amount of information of academic management of teachers and students has grown and become more and more complicated. They need a perfect and easily managed academic management system. In this background, this thesis conducts an investigation to the design and development of the academic management system combined with the need of an independent system of Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College and presents a suggestion for the practical situation.The developing of the system in this thesis is based on the detailed analysis and research of the present situation and limit of the current academic management system. According to the practical situation and demand of the Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College, our design adopts the correlation technique of ASP.NET and the B/S of system architecture. This educational system is also built up by combining the common components and the extended components. Common components included the various institutions to meet the common needs of the components, such as systems management components, basic information on custom components, functional components and historical information; but the extended components are intended to meet the specific needs of different institutions customized. Through two components combined, it's not only improves the efficiency of the entire system development, but also enhances the stability of the entire system. This thesis include: role management, rights management, log management, school roll management, fee management, curriculum management, start planning, examination management, performance management, curriculum materials, graduate management, grade exams, teaching evaluation, employment management arrangements with the school calendar, personal tools and so on. Using this system is convenient and easily, moreover, the system can be easily expanded.
