Bioelectronics is a rising field, which is a multidisciplinary technology and derived from biochemistry and information technology. The emergence and development of biochip and bioinformatics are representative. MCE (Micro-channel Electrophoresis) Chip and DNA Chip are two typical kinds of biochip combined with information technology. They have been applied for many fields, such as life science.In this dissertation, the principles of MCE chip system and DNA chip system are introduced, also the design and manufacture of the two kinds of biochips. Including, the detection systems are developed. Based on the analysis of two kinds of signal, corresponding software is designed and realized by programming with Visual C++.The topics of this dissertation are presented below.1. The recent studies of biochips and bioinformatics are reviewed;2. The design of signal-process algorithm and analysis software used in MCE chip system is realized;3. The software applicable for DNA chip system is designed and realized, which can be applied in HBV chip, HCV chip and TB chip.Furthermore, the manufacture of the chips, experimental conditions and signal detection system are also discussed in this dissertation. The dissertation showed that the development of biochip can not be isolated from the information technology. But the software still need to be optimized to be more fit for corresponding biochip systems. With great progress in relative technologies, biochip has a much broad application in the future.
