The district intelligentization is the inevitable trend of social development. This paper,which is just about based on this idea, puts forward a mechelectronic and intelligent periodical-checking up system facing hydrodynamic power plant. This paper utilizes computer technique and MCU, and realizes water-wheel dynamotor's wireless communication, vibration analysis, data acquisition and process, and so on.This system includes: the patrolling point (information button), the portable instrument, the management system. The main work and new ideas in the research are: 1. According to the environment and function of these two, AT89C52 acts as the main controlling unit, so the hardware design in the patrolling point and the portable instrument is carried. 2. The particular water level-controlling circuits and sensor circuits in the patrolling point can monitor the change of water level and the vibration of apparatus in order to inform managers in time. At the same time if the change isn't within normal range, the alarming circuit can send the message.3. The portable instrument is the key in this system because it not only communicates with the point but also carries serial communication through RS232C. So RF401 is used to realize RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) on the basis of the specialty of this system. 4. The management system is compiled with VB6. 0, and realizes data acquisition, save, type and reserve, vibration analysis , data processing. The data processing in system makes use of FFT to analyze the datum and furthermore carry out filtering the waves (of certain frequencies) and correlation analysis. Through this it can be the basis of appraising the equipment and water line and the resultis figured. The system also includes the clock circuit, the extended storage circuit-watchdog circuit, keyboard and display circuit , serial communication circuit. And it establishes the database so that the manager can query and print the report forms at any moment.In this paper, the computer, MCU and software are combined to design the instrument and compile the program. So it attain a relatively integrate Mechelectronic and Intelligent Periodical-checking up System. It also exploits a new field for the research and development of mechelectronic and intelligence.
