The Adjustive shim of Cylinder is the partitive shim between VTR up-Cylinder and down-Cylinder, its through high the precision measure, choose the shim, assemble it on the revolution axis of the down-Cylinder.This discourse primarily studied the design and establish the work for Automatically Choosing Shim of Assemble Cylinder System(ACSACS), The ACSACS's introduction is about the software and hardware of the ACSACS, another to the research the Robot control and apply in the system. The ACSACS are using three independence Automatic machine, they are controled by Programmable Logic Controls(PLC) themselves, In the first, two of them are measuring the data from Measure point of Up-Cylinder and Down-Cylinder. Second that the ACSACS system are proceeding the data of calculating and comparing and storing .The Third, the main PLC is proceeding the data exchange and ordering control by PLC network communications. At the end ,The main PLC control the robot to choosing the shim and picking a piece of shim and inserting it to the axis of Down-Cylinder.The ACSACS accomplish its control equipment and robot and the network transmission by adopting the FP-M PLC that it is made of NAIS JAPAN. The network is F-LINK network,( Long-distance Input/Out communication).The ACSACS includes three independence Automatic machine, and the main one control the robot.
