Analysis Of Demand And Realization For Comprehensive Managing System Of Network In The Storage And Transport Field Of Petroleum And Natural Gas

With the development of information technology and the globalization of economy, how to effectively manage the collection, transportation, storage and sale of the petroleum and natural gas becomes an important factor which concerns the national economy development and the national defense construction. This paper researches and analyzes on the demand of the network management of the storage and transportation of the petroleum and natural gas and how to implement it.To conform to the impending demand on informationization construction in petroleum enterprises, this research begins with the current conditions of management of the storage and transportation of the petroleum and natural gas. Through analyzing on the characteristics of the petroleum and natural gas and the feasibility of implementing the network management of storage and transportation of the petroleum and natural gas, the trend of development of the storage and transportation of the petroleum and natural gas and its problems are clarified in this paper. Through carefully researching on the current situations of the matter flowahe information flow and the capital flow, a scheme is introduced to implement the system. Through it, all functions have been finished and tested in lab.The main problems solved in this paper are following below (1) Through carefully analyzing on the demand and its content of the network management of the storage and transportation of the petroleum and natural gas and combing with the researches of the development trend of the system structure in network system. The design principle and idea are introduced. The functions that implement the network management of the petroleum and natural gas in the petroleum enterprise have been done.(2)Combining with the functions of this system and the current situations and development of computer application, the operation data flow and the physical structure of the system have been researched and analyzed. A scheme on hardware structure design and software design of the system has been introduced.(3) Several patterns on how to construct network system framework havebeen deeply researched. The three-tier structure of browser/web sever/database severs is introduced in this paper. In additional, other database development technologies under B/S model such as the ASP technology and the PLUG_IN technology have been analyzed too.(4)The network and software design of the system have been applied successfully tothe informatization transformation construction in Lesan city, The results and design idea of this subject are very instructive and useful for the petroleum enterprise to implement its informatization and network transformation. The network management system on how to store and transport the petroleum and natural gas is worthy to be widely spread and applied.
