A model-based expert system of intellectualized simulative dispatch based on optimal power flow with multi-constraint is proposed in this paper, whose target is to manage power system effectually and economically. It diagnoses the change of power system's working condition by using consistency-based function.By analyzing the data from power dispatching automation system, sub real-time data transmission system which combines and dispose data again and real-time data base of malfunction analyzes system are established. Some typical malfunction picked-up models of power system are set up on the basis of consistency-based function. Aiming at simulative dispatch the malfunction of power system, we put forward optimal power flow with multi-constraint to reallocate the inactive burthen, through which we manage power system effectually and economically. Considing the practical condition in oil field of Daqing, it adopt the static programming method and priority method and Powell method to predigest exponential arithmetic of approach to multi-constraint. At the same time, in order to make full use of the network resource of Daqing power system, we give the three-tiered application of Windows DNA, coordinate model algorithm and COM component primely by using the technique of VC6.0 ATL , establish this system on the framework of Internet.
