With the development of new distributed generation technology,large scale of environmental,clean,energy-efficient distributed generation and micro-grid are being connected into power system,and the traditional distribution network is gradually developing to the active distribution network.The interaction operating mode between active distribution network and the power company brings more choices to the scheduling department.It also brings new challenges to the dispatch department to dispatch distributed generation.In this paper,the mathematical model including the wind power generation unit,the photovoltaic power generation unit,the micro-turbine unit,the flexible load,and the energy storage unit in the active distribution network is established,their characteristics are analyzed and their class diagram is designed.And then,The output power forecasting method of photovoltaic power generation and wind power in the active distribution network are studied,using the clustering and BP neural network for the photovoltaic power forecasting,and the time series prediction algorithm based on neural network for the wind power forecasting,and then the model error is analyzed.On this basis,the logic control strategies,the long-time scale and the short-time scale scheduling algorithms for the active distribution network is proposed,the coordinated optimal model is put forward,the objective function and the constraint conditions are proposed.The correctness of the algorithm is verified,and the economic performance of the algorithm is evaluated.Finally,the work-flow and scheduling function of multi-source coordinated optimal dispatch are designed.Then a hierarchical partition monitoring system for active distribution network is put forward,and the multi-source coordinated optimal dispatch system for active distribution network is developed.The hardware resources,data and software function modules are effectively organized to provide the platform for optimal scheduling of active distribution network.
