Transducer is the tool for obtaining information, it's one of the three pillars of information technology. Flow sensor is as one of the three most widely applied. It's very important to research, use new technology and improve characteristics. Air flow sensor of new style with high accuracy and low cost is introduced. Computer processing technology and heat balance principle are used. Fluid speed is determined by heat transfer. Temperature and linearity compensation are achieved through data fusion algorithm to get higher accuracy and temperature stability.Sensing principle of sensors is introduced, also achievement of data fusion algorithm, master design of sensors, circuit design of back channel and soft and hard ware design of back channel (including gain control, A/D transfer, D/A transfer, asynchronous communication, digital wave filter and data processing, etc.). Production processing of sensor is not discussed in detail.Stability is the first factor should be considered as a part of military products. So in order to assure the stability of sensor we take measures in materials selection, instruction design, circuit design and soft ware design, etc.Result of function and environment test is given at the end of the thesis. All tests are supervised by China Military Electronic Elements Test Center. All functions meet acquirements, its accuracy is better than ±1%FS. The product appraised by experts organized by Information Industry Ministry comes up to advanced world standards.
