A Study On Interface Designing Of OA System And Operation System

This paper studies on the development using and data interface technique of communication vocation Office Automation system. Its engineering background is a practical colligation operation Office Automation System which is explored for HeiLongJiang construction engineering bureau.At the beginning of the article, there is the expatiate on needing of OAS. Along with the chang of enterprise manageing mechanism to market economy, from the whole situation, the old MIS application of the enterprise depart with the office information of each department. It is good if abandon the old MIS and adopt the new technique platform to explore again, but it is not realism for huge investing and long cylcle. So base on the LAN system, make the best use of the old information resource to build the unit's office information integration system has been the necessay selection of enterprise informationlize.Secondly, it introduces the choiceness capability of the platform of constructing OAS-Lotus/Domino, and its mail technique N groupware technique and copy technique Etc.,then SQL Server-background database server.Thirdly, introduces the union specialty of Lotus Notes platform and SQL database, thinking about the virtue of SQL database on database technique, there are two parts :OA and MIS . During the designing ,put the files of needing flow on the Lotus Notes, and using its strong workflow mechanism and supporting of multi-text; and put a great deal of operation report forms which need to be Statisticed on the SQL data end( explored with visual tool -Delphi), using mature database technique and simple SQL language to operate database. At last using interface ability with exterior database of Lotus Notes ,through building ODBC data resource and using Lotus Script to pickup the correlation data on SQL end, and making the two system integrate together.Finally, it discusses the designing project and functioning implement of the system.The researching of OA information integration system in this paper has been applied successfully and gained well application effect, and greatly increased management level and official efficiency inside the enterprise. It has broadly engineering application foreground.
