| This subject studies the network platform foundation of the remote machine fault diagnose based on the Internet . It includes three parts.The first part is about the function of the enterprise local network. As most enterprises have founded perfect local network, this part focuses on collecting and processing digital signal. The DSP is used in this system. Comparing with the other SCM and software systems, the function and performance of DSP are more good.The second part carries out the remote signal analyses service . According to the theory of EB platform, The author applies it to the area of machine fault diagnoses, founding a new type of remote machine fault diagnoses platform. I use JAVA, JSP and EJB to design web programs based on 3 tiers model on J2EE network platform . It emphasize on designing guest tier and middle-tier, including the users interface, business control logic and application service called FFT signal analyses. I use JSP to edit web page, and use JAVA and EJB to realize application service. J2EE answers for offering control logic.The third part founds a expert system based on web database . It is a new type and opened system . I use SQL and JDBC, according to the expert system reasoning theory based on rules to complete it. The expert system relates users by network, users can browse it and ask for diagnose service, and the system can collect diagnose rules and knowledge to perfect itself and improve its diagnose ability. |
