With the development of computer,communication and diagnosis technique,and diagnosis requirement constantly improving, so put forward to the fault diagnosis method based on above technique together.The web-based realization technology has been valued by the industry domain for its original characteristic, the design research on the design and realization of the web-based remote fault diagnosis of system,with the aim of providing a new solving approach for remote fault diagnosis of system.Main works of thesis are as follows:Adopting Coal mining machine of cutting unit as a diagnostic target,on the basis of the collection of literature and expert advice, the thesis goes on the detailed analysis and research for their failure mechanism, and reveals the fault signal inherent characteristics, and gives the corresponding cause of the trouble. Theses provide a theoretical basis for the concrete realization of the fault diagnosis system.Introduce the system of intelligent remote key technologies. the contents include the network communications and data transmission technology,Web database technology,security technology,and other key network technology,combineing with the study of the system of the actual object, the system has been selected for the network technology.Analysis and design on the system of signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology. Among them, introduce the time-domain signal analysis and frequency domain techniques, and selecte on the fault signal parameters as a sensitive analysis and display of variables, for failure to provide an accurate diagnosis .On the basis of expert system and neural network intelligence technology of the respective advantages and disadvantages, the thesis gives a combination of their fault diagnosis system that is based on neural network fault diagnosis expert system, and gives the detailed design steps and examples.According to previous analysis, as well as the failure mechanism of remote intelligent fault diagnosis technology and research, on the combination of the existing LAN coal mine ,this thesis proposed Web-based remote fault diagnosis system design framework and implementation steps. On the B / S and C / S mode comparative analysis of options,the thesis based on B / S mode remote fault smart technology framework, and the overall structure of a system model and the function model .And it gives how to achieve a traditional expert system and neural network systems technology and network technology closely integrated steps.Finally, the thesis designs a functional model of remote fault diagnosis sites. By debugging in the system, realize the user through remote network access in remote fault diagnosis sites, quickly and easily achieve the target of long-range intelligent fault diagnosis.It has important practical significance.
