The thesis has developed further application research or high production of energy measurement technology of the metallurgy mine power device of architectural material come from Natural. In first,the paper introduces FUZZY-mathematics and the theory of predictive FUZZY-mathematics and the theory of prediction FUZZY control. It introduces the method of self-adjustment,build the-of predictive FUZZY control. The controller mainly fulfils the following operations;1 burring the signal or the moisture 2applying the blurred control theory And the last,the aim of controlling the moisture of the pulp is achieved through the output control signal of the monolithic microcomputer blurred control.The paper changed SCB-ltype single-chip computer and equipped DDZ-11 type control valve solved the problems with experiment under the present condition. Equipped the experiment devices of prediction FUZZY control and simulation experiment and designed simulated the required program. The major feature is to combine the prediction and FUZZY control effectively. The aim of STPCC is to achieve the object Value of the water content of material pulp of the average (of the water content) pashed the transmit take- The result or the combination wade the effect remarkable.The research of the thesis have achieved the domestic advanced level and made benefit contribute in the same researched level and made benefit contribute in the same researches.
