Research And Realization Of The Automatic Rain Monitor System

The thesis aims at the implement of one subsystem of the systems preventing and reducing the disaster on railway which is applied to monitor the precipitation rain fall . Now the information technologies such as computer networks, database are progressing rapidly, and have contributed a lot in all kinds of fields. Thus, it is valuable to research how to apply these new technologies to monitor the precipitation rain fall along the railway, to provide a scientific basis for preventing and reducing the disaster.Based on the old monitor system's analysis and the practice request, we realized the automatic rain monitor system. The system is made up of the monitor system in work area and the management system in management department. When the precipitation rain fall is passes the control value, the monitor will alarm, and send the rain data to the management system. The management department can do things to prevent the disaster or reduce the disaster.In the system's design, the construction of the monitor system network, the design of the database and the program is discussed .In the design of monitor software, the data collection and the disposal of alarm progress which is the key of the program are detailed introduced ,and in the management software ,the functions of all modules are also interpreted respectively.The system had been put into use in some place along the railway effectively ,and it had been proved by practice that it is an available system with good practicability and flexibility.
