| With the rapid development in photoelectric sensing technology and information technology, applying optical detection technology to automatically observe the precipitation phenomena will become an important link to realize the full-element automatic observation of ground weather. Aimed at the optical precipitation detection sensing system designed, it is mainly to discuss and solve the following problems:(1) The existing precipitation meter detection technologies are compared, and optical sensing-based precipitation detection device is designed, including the light path structure design and selection of component of setup system. And then the basic simulation experiment is made, through the understanding to the operation condition of test system of such objects as thread and water drop, the test of the system to precipitation types such as rain, snow and hail is simulated.(2) From the aspects of hardware and theory, the factors in the device generating error to the detection result are analyzed, how these factors influence the accuracy of detection result is discussed, and the emphasis is put on a series of theoretical analysis and deduction to the diction of light diffraction and attenuation in the device detection area.(3) It is attempted to start from the device hardware and influence of light effect to improve the detection accuracy of the optical precipitation sensor; modification method is proposed to the measuring error caused by the light source and linear array probe; the beam shaping system is designed and analyzed, so as to improve the quality of probing beam in the detection area and achieve the purpose of improving the detection accuracy; the diffraction and attenuation of probing beam in the detection area are researched, through the observation, analysis and treatment to the actual detection result of the device, the error generated by the light diffraction-influencing detection accuracy is modified, meanwhile, in combination with the measured image result, the influence of light attenuation on the detection accuracy is qualitatively analyzed and described.The research result shows that in the optical precipitation sensing system, the light source stability, probe noise, probing beam quality, probing beam diffraction and attenuation have different influences on the measuring accuracy, in which the probing beam quality and probing beam diffraction have the most influence on the detection result. |
