In this paper the electronic control system of wet-film cabinet type humidifiers have designed. The system can carry out such works as follows:Acquisition of humidity states in the air should be carried out and the humidity should be sent to main control module. The main control module will determine whether to keep the state or to adjust. During the adjustment .it decided the amount and the rate of humidification. The system can test the states of water level by water lever sensor,thereby the main control module can control the entrance and drain of water and give warnings;As its good man-machine interaction,the system can expediently set the humidity and the amount of humidification and control water-in valve and leading winds through control panel. The system can communicate with computer thereby the net supervise is enabled. The chief task of mine is the development and design of hardware and software of the electronic control system.1. Under extensive reading home and abroad relevant literature,the principles the characteristics and the fields of application of all sorts of humidifiers are summarized and analyzed. And the application of mechatronics on humidifiers is expatiated. Different humidifiers have their own characteristic,fields of application and consumer levels,so they can t be replaced by each other.2. The humidification mechanism and humidification capability have been analyzed in theory. This is the foundation of design of electronic control system. Under research in theory,this paper suggests that we should use such humidification method as follows:The vapor in humidifier should get across a roundabout room before it is sent to air. So the big beads in the vapor are deposited,and then the humidification will be even.3. The development of industrial control method is expatiated. The emphases are the structure,characteristic and trends of DCS and the field-bus control system. The module-control theory is taken from these two control systems and applied in this control system. Through analyzing in theory and proving in practice,this paper indicates that the module-control system have many merits:the develop cycle is short;the application of room is sufficient;the problem will be found easily in the process of debugging;the capability of anti-jamming is strong;maintain and check errors easily;interchangeability is good;upgrade is easy.4. The hardware of electronic control system is developed. It includes display module whose tasks are man-machine interaction,displaying humidity and temperature,setting humidity,time,date and week,communicating with computer;power device module which provides power of all modules and drives control equipments to accomplish intention of main control module and can provide zero crossing protection circuit,excess voltage and under voltage protection circuit and excess current protection circuit;water sensor group,the responsibilities of which are testing the states of water and send the states to SCM,then the SCM control the water level after judging the states.5. The software of electronic control system is developed,which includes display module,keyboard module and communication module. The module-design idea is used in this software.
