Humidity as one of the important indicators of the interior cleanliness,when the interior relative humidity reaches 40%-60%,it will be the most healthy to people.Therefore,the environmental humidity of console room is one of the problems that need to be urgently solved.In recent years,with the development of electronic technology and automatic control technology,more and more interior humidification equipment appears in markets home and abroad.Currently,most of the humidification equipment existing in the market is the independent style,which is characterized by small coverage and being not easily controlled.In order to solve the humidification problem of the larger rooms,quicken the speed of humidification and achieve the multi-point accumulation of information regarding interior humidification,the pipe network humidification system is designed,which has the functions of automatically adjust the humidification intensity,real-time display of the regional interior humidity,centralized control and automatic water adding and rinsing the system.The system comprises console end,several ceiling type humidifiers,several humidity information collecting units and rinsing mode and upper computer.This system is able to send and receive humidity data through ZigBee wireless communication technology,and with the group network and the orders.A number of ceiling-type humidifiers are reasonably installed on the indoor roofs that require humidification,to achieve a large area of rapid humidification effect.Humidity collector multi-point layout,and is arbitrarily associated with ceiling-type humidifiers to achieve regional control of humidification.The main console panel is centered on C8051F023 single chip to realize the communication of upper computers and control over the whole system.Meanwhile,all other modes are controlled using C8051F410 single chip.The article will first give a brief introduction of the overall structure of the pipe network humidification system and all other plans with regard to the specific units and give a description of the design of the hardware,for example,that of electric circuit.Then,proposals regarding the design of all the software used to achieve the functions of all the units will be put forward based on the specific design requirements and so will the design solution of communication protocol of ZigBee wireless communication technology,and design of system software through C programming language.Meanwhile,C#is employed to program for the upper computers on the VS2012 platform.At the end,the pipe network humidification system will be tested in order to make sure it humidifies a larger room steadily in the shortest period of time and to be practical at the same time.
