| To resolve these disadvantages of the characteristics of original hydraulic test systems are greater intensity of labor force, lower test efficiency, bad environment and lower precision, etc, and to meet the lower cost, multifunctional research requirement of Hydrostatic Transmission Laboratory. The analysis and research of hydrostatic transmission testing method have been put forward in this paper. Based on deeply researches on the VI(Virtual Instrument) technology and its development ,the author leads kernel of VI technology into hydraulic test system.This thesis introduces the concept of Virtual Instrument, analyses the composition of hydraulic testing system and the theory of signal analysis, points out the feasibility of the application of Virtual Instrument in hydraulic test systems. It discusses the principle of the hardware in detail and made use of essential sensor, signal conditioner and data acquisition card to make the system running, the signal gathering, the data processing, the data exporting, the data storage, the data printing the curve fitting, the remote monitoring and the interfere removing, And we programmed for the delivery capacity testing, the efficiency testing, the variety testing and analyze the outcome of testing. The test system is intellectualized, roboticized and virtualized, and meet the request of the contemporary measurement of many parameters and the fitting of all kinds of curves. The software adopts the modularization programming mode, It's easily be reading, maintaining and function extending., at last we realize the remote monitoring of hydrostatic transmission through virtual instrument Remote Panels. |
