Cement Producing Process Computer Simulation System (CPPCSS) is a highlight of 211 Engineering in Wuhan University of Technology. The Raw-material System Computer Simulation described in this paper is one of the subsystems of it. This paper makes a systematic study on three aspects: the simulation modeling , network database publishing and the setting of IIS safety and motive demo of producing process. Here are the main work and fruit of the author.Firstly, the author studies the system composes, the running principle and craftwork characteristics of the cement raw-material producing process in order to know and confirm the simulation object.Then, because the raw-material mill system has the characteristic of many variables and non-linear, the author studies and models the system with the theory of neural network.. One kind of algorithm which perfects BP neural is discussed .Quick BP algorithm improves the precision, converge and speed of algorithm. The training stylebooks of the model is the practical control datum of a certain factory and the toolbox of MATLAB is applied to training and studying the model. The simulation result shows these methods draw good conclusions and satisfy the simulation need. Moreover, the author compiles the face of simulation program with VB language. The MATLAB object is controlled by VB. we can save the time and improve the efficiency through uniting them.Thirdly, adopting B/S model based on neural network model of raw-material mill system, the author builds Web network database system of wuhan university of technology cement simulation. The web system uses the prevailing technique of IIS plus ASP, visiting Access database through ODBC, opening database with ADO and executing SQL command ,so the user can add, query , delete and update the database on sever through browser, which can achieve the function of web publishing and database management. At the same time the web can identify the users through the validating of IIS and windows and the password exchange of users and browser so that the information transform is safe.Fourthly, the author sets up the dynamic interactive visualization animation with JAVA so that we can control the state of the raw-mill system. The author draws two-dimension and there-dimension pictures with Flash and 3D MAX. They demos the allocation material system, mill system, raw-material blending system.In the end, the system running environment bases on Web. The author designs interactive web with Dreamweaver and publishes them on net. The author summarizes the whole paper and points out the future direction of the development of the system.The research in this paper not only has important theoretical and practical values in cement and other industries, but also makes solid basis to the post-development of CPPCSS.
