The ball mill pulverizing system is a MIMO system with strong coupling,long time delay and time changing apparently. If we use the traditional PID Control System,the controlling result is not so satisfying.As to the multi—variable,strong coupling,great inertia,nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of the ball mill pulverization system,decoupling control system for Ball Mill based on BP neural network are designed in this paper based on the all—around analysis of its dynamic characteristic.The simulation results show that the control method, it has fast tracking ability, strong robustness, good decoupling ability, it can effectively solve time-varying problem, coupling problem et al. |
