The R&D Of Cryostats Intelligent Automation System And Its Research On The Network

This paper illustrates the design idea and practical method of the Cryostats Intelligent Automation System, which is the project cooperated by UESTC and the Ninth Academe. This project is applied to the field of modern automation to realize the industry computer-based, to improve the method of the measure, to enhance the examination precision, to improve work efficiency. This paper focuses on illustrating its constitute, function and specialty of the hardware, analyzing the design module and the key programming technologies of the software, illustrating the difficulties and settling ways. And on the base of the project, I go on researching, bring and illustrating the practicality of the COM/DCOM/COM+ in intelligent automation system. The project comprises the knowledge of mechanism, software, electric, network, etc.The hardware of the whole project include Panasonic MINAS A Series AC servo motors, DMC 302A cards, encoders, and PCI-1750 digital I/O card. And I used VC++ to have finished the codes of ActiveX Control, MultiThread, Database, etc. After the half of a year' s R&D, I finished successfully the debug of the hardware, software and mechanism. The research of the project on the network includes my bringing and realizing to apply COM/DCOM/COM+ in the extended research of the project. This paper shows off the importance of the new technology on the field of the modern intelligent automation. The finish of the project not only enhances the automation career of our country, but also provide the reference for relative specialities of our school.
