The design of fuzzy controller includes many uncertain factors, in which membership is an important one. To a degree, the influence of artificial factor and non-objectivity lies in the design process of membership. Every fuzzy set of membership has several variables so the optimal question becomes very complex, especially, more the number of variables is, more obvious the question is. In order to resolve the question, Sum-Product implication, asymmetry space proportion membership is used in the design of fuzzy controller combined with the research of the analytical structures and the control ideal of different fuzzy sets, and a is the proportion space gene.Based on the theory of the fuzzy controller's analytic structure, this paper attains the structure peculiarity of designed fuzzy controller, and then compares it with that of other two normal fuzzy controllers. The result manifests the validity and feasibility of the designed fuzzy controller in theory. Compared with normal fuzzy controllers, this controller has three virtues: 1) more impersonality. Because this controller materializes the ideal of different fuzzy sets, that is to say, the distinguish ratio of membership changes with the fuzzy sets, which makes fuzzy controller more adaptive and betters the control capability. 2) Decreasing the optimal variables of membership. Because the position and shape of membership is only related to a, the complexity is deceased. 3) To the analytical structure of fuzzy controller, the nonlinear gain's adjusting scope of the designed fuzzy controller is larger than normal fuzzy controllers discussed in this paper, so the controller is more adaptive and robust, and has no control dead area.After the analytical structure research of fuzzy controller, this paper has a simulation experiment, and introduces the EFPT process-control experiment system which is composed with EFPT process-control equipment, data acquisition card PCL726 and PCL812PG, and industrial computer. In experiment the control object is boiler, and the designed fuzzy controller is used to control the real-time system. The effect of the simulation and real-time control is better, which proves good characters and the correctness of the structure analysis of the designed controller, and also manifests that using the structure analysis method can direct the design of fuzzy controller and supply the theory basis.
