During 1990's,the Fuzzy Computing is hot topic in industry. With computer's developing, many attain of Fuzzy were turned to be possible. More and more Fuzzy technologies are used in many sides of the industry. Fuzzy is useful and Scalability, but the complex algorithm of it is hard to achieved. That is why few plants use it.Being an Unconventional Control Model, Fuzzy technology can deal with many objects with High lag. Through the theory of Fuzzy has be brought up since 1970, the method of how to achieve is seldom to sum up. Many details are always in fuzzy.Based on broad literature review, we examine the theory of control model, the algorithm of Fuzzy and the differences between the Traditional Control and Fuzzy Control. Considering the special requirements and unique characteristics of the Fuzzy technology, we study on how to apply Fuzzy on plants. Main contributions of this paper are as follows:1. Based on the Traditional Control, analyzing a controlled model, we compare the difference between the Fuzzy Control and the Traditional Control. Base on summary the unique characteristics of the Fuzzy technology, the possibility of applying Fuzzy is pointed out.2. With some defects of the Fuzzy applying, we propose the improvement of Fuzz's algorithm which is combined the Fuzzy with the artificial nerve network. With the auto training of the artificial nerve network, now we can find a good way to get the rational parameters possibility.3. To some complicated controlled models, either the Traditional Control or the Fuzzy Control can not satisfy their special requirements. Combined the Fuzzy with the Traditional Control can take advantage of their unique characteristics. It also showed the extension of using the Fuzzy.
