The Research On The Control System Of Coiling High- Voltage Coil And The Automatic Programming System Of User-programme

High-voltage coil is an important kind of electrical elements, and it is used widely in the filed of electric and mechatronic equipment such as automobiles^ motorcycles and TV sets, etc. The CNC coiling equipment is the special equipment which winding all kinds of high-voltage coils. With more and more extensive use of the coils, the old coiling equipment could not meet the market need.By the research on the mechanism of 32-bit Operating System ?Windows and the 16-bit Dynamic Link Library (ab: DLL16) of control board, this paper builds the Flat Thunk which is the converter of 32-bit Applying Program (ab: APP32) transferring the DLL16.At the same time, by using the multi-threads principle of Windows, this paper makes the APP32 of the new coiling equipment.By the analyze of coiling rule , this paper disassembles the coiling motion , after disassembling work, the disassembled motion is clearly and easily describing. This paper concludes the corresponding principle between the geometric parameters of the coil and the coiling motion parameters.At last, combining with the CAD/CAM integrated technology principle, analyzing the usual data-exchanging standard; this paper chooses AutoCAD software being the support flat of the APT system. Using "character information describe methods" and "Open to object programming"(ab: OOP) idea, this paper builds the user-program APT system of the coiling equipment based on the data transferring with DXF format.
