The thesis comes from the scientific research project of "L wave band receiver and servo controller" of China Project Physics Institute. Aiming at some key techniques, it makes deeper improvement and promote to the original system on the basis of completion of design, development and adjustment of system. At the same time, this paper proposes some new content in the terms of system control, prove and discuss it.The antenna introduced in this paper is different from the ordinary reconnaissance radar, which is a passive antenna receptive system receiving target radar signals. It makes deeply theoretical research and technological innovation in the light of system working method and control characteristics. It provides control strategies and methods according to common antenna system for hunting and tracking. It sets up system model for joining warning antenna in order to achieve large-scope searching and multiple-targets tracking of system. In connection with two systems, it presents solving methods which avoid side lobes tracking and realizes major lobe tracking in the state of optimal attack. For the part of servo control, Combined with intelligent control theory, it adopts P1D parameter online self-adapting control scheme based on the Fuzzy inference, which makes system field adjust PD parameter according to the actual situation and makes system have good responsiveness. In the terms of controlling antenna servo mechanical precision, it presents the viewpoint of precision intelligent creation by adopting the theoretical methods of artificial intelligent, and applies to error the self-studying algorithm of nerve network. Meanwhile, it forms a set of high efficient iterative format which significantly accelerates calculation speed of nerve network and makes real-time and effective control over system error, thus achieving effective correction to the precision of antenna system. As a result, the performance of the system is greatly improved.
