Because of the advantages of environmental protection,low energy consumption and long life,white LED has a broad application prospect in the lighting market.At the same time,with the rapid development of the white LED industry,people have put forward higher requirements for the performance of white LED products.Among them,the ratio of phosphor and glue has a great influence on the performance of white LED,and the slight difference between the ratio of phosphor and glue will lead to the reduction of the performance of LED products.Therefore,the design of a simple,economical and practical proportion system of phosphor and glue plays a crucial role in improving product quality,speeding up the work efficiency and lighten the operation intensity of operators.On the basis of analyzing and discussing a variety of phosphors matching equipment at home and abroad,the client control system of the upper computer is designed in this paper.The system integrates human-machine interaction interface,database system,communication module and alarm function.It is easy to operate,reliable and more intuitive and real-time showing the process of phosphor and glue proportioning.At the same time,the storage and export functions of the matching process data are set up,which facilitates the subsequent quality traceability management,and realizes data management and process monitoring for the matching process.In this paper,the production process of phosphor proportioning process is analyzed,and the mathematical model of dynamic matching process is established.Iterative learning control algorithm is proposed,and the basic principles of iterative learning control and iterative learning algorithm are emphasized.An iterative learning PID controller is designed in view of the control characteristics of the matching process,and the experimental verification is carried out.Experiments show that with the increasing number of iterations,the speed of matching is approaching to the set point,and the voltage changes more smoothly,and the proportion time is less,and the accuracy is also improved.And it has good adaptability for different types and different weight of phosphors,and good control results are obtained,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.
