Nowadays,the development of the world is increasingly oriented towards industrialization and informationization.With the continuous development of robot technology,various kinds of industrial robots have been developed by various scientific research institutions and academic units.As an important research direction of industrial robots,intelligent cars have attracted more and more attention.In general,the intelligent vehicle can automatically complete the tracking work according to the track set in advance.In some complex and harsh environments where humans cannot work normally,the intelligent vehicle can carry out such detection tasks.At present,intelligent cars are widely used in civil livelihood,national defense science and technology,industrial automation and other related fields,and have played a huge role.1.This subject is mainly about the research and design of key technologies of intelligent detection vehicle.The design of intelligent detection vehicle mainly includes the design of sensor module,the design of hardware circuit,the design of software code and the research of control algorithm.The design goal of this paper is to control the car to complete automatic tracking on the complicated and changeable road,and the car cannot deviate from the track in the process of movement,real-time detection of temperature and humidity,etc.2.This article first introduces the overall architecture of the intelligent detection car,gives the design scheme of hardware parts,mainly including components selection,data acquisition module tracking function modules of the hardware selection,motordriver module selection and design of the speech recognition module,establish a mathematical model of the car turn on tracing algorithm,analyzing the obstacle avoidance algorithm,speed algorithm.The steering dynamics model of intelligent control vehicle is introduced,and the reasonable control algorithm is analyzed.This paper deeply introduces the basic PID control algorithm and the concept and characteristics of fuzzy control algorithm,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy PID control algorithm,and finally concludes that fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control can be better applied to complex control tasks with higher control accuracy.In the design of the software module,the motor control of the drive module of the intelligent detection vehicle adopts PWM method,which designs the overall software flow chart,car tracking flow chart and interrupt program flow chart,etc.,and develops and completes the MCU related code for system testing.3.Finally,according to the hardware design scheme,the design work of the trolley is completed,and the test track is installed.According to the principle of "part first,then the whole",the data acquisition module,the control system module of the car,and the wireless transmission module of the car were tested by modules first,and then the whole car was tested and related data was recorded.Through experimental verification,the intelligent detection vehicle designed in this paper has a very good adaptive capacity,and can achieve a good tracking function when moving on the track,generating a small error and meeting the expected design requirements.In this paper,the design of the whole system adopts the modular design idea.In the hardware module design,the circuit design structure is simple and reliable with high flexibility.4.During the system test,the intelligent detection vehicle can complete the control function of various complicated road conditions such as track finding and left and right turns according to the requirements,and realize the temperature and humidity detection and voice play function.The motion accuracy is high ?,which can fully meet the design requirements.
