Study On Mobile Agent And The Application In Decentralized Network Management

The rapid growth, the active and dynamic nature, heterogeneous environment, and geographical and administrative distribution today's network facing, managing the complex and large scale computer network using the traditional decentralized paradigms have been proposed to address the problems, such as the pre-defined agent process, narrow computing ability and using the managed network to transport the large amount of unstrained original data from devices to manager.Mobile agents are considered a new technology in the development of distributed application because of their ability to travel across network elements, integrate with local resource and communicate with others agents. These virtue benefits much the network management.In this dissertation, a new network management architecture based on the mobile agent is presented. At the same time, mobile agent system architecture and implement technology is discussed.
