A Study Of China Stock News

With the development of the economy and people's increasing concentration on finance and investment, the propagation of the stock information becomes a hot spot in the information age. At the same time, stock news is flourishing, and it's a hard nut to crack in the whole process of the news reform. Just like the developing stock market in China, the stock news reportage has many problems to solve. But the lag of the theory studies has already prevented the development of the practice.Under the background of the stock information propagation and the precondition of following the rule of the stock news propagation, this thesis analyzes the stock news processing state and attempts to find something in common. There are five parts in the article.Part one: The characteristic of stock news and it's nature. In the author's opinion, the two basic characters of the stock news are practicability and objectivity . The nature of stock news reflects it's own contradiction relationship, that is, the contradiction entia of the stock media' s active reflectivity and stock market' s material conditionally.Part two: Stock news' role orientation and it's function analysis. From the object of stock news report and it's receiver, we can draw a conclusion that stock news is a consensus medium offering us the service. The main functions of the stock news are propagative function and introductive function.Part three: Content analysis of the stock news propagation. 1. Information category, such as stock market quotations, regular reports and temporary bulletins, infor-niation page, stock affairs news. 2. Review category, such as stock review, editorials, analysis articles etc. 3. Service category, such as consultative information service, competitive information and introductive contents etc.Part four: Information disclosure system and stock news propagation. The information disclosure system lays a macro policy and law framework for the stock news propagation. In the situation of the unbalanced information age, stock news propagation shows it's complicated characters. Stock news must serve the investors in offering real and valuable information.Part five: stock news media analysis. Newspapers, magazines, radios, televisions , internets and so on should play their own parts according to their own characters, making full use of their advantages and avoiding their shortcomings.
