With the rapid development of electronic technology and miniaturization of electroniccomponent, namely, effusing products become miniature. General vacuum casting device has notsatisfied these requirements, thereby the vacuum casting device is required to being micro-casting.It emerges the research of micro-casting in this way. In case of taking on the item of casting-encapsulation strike-light machine of a certain lighter company of Zhengjiang, the research ofhigh-efficiency micro-casting technology is come into being in this thesis, and thistechnology is applied to produce. Now the Epoxy resin Vacuum Micro-Casting Device-Small (VMCD-S) series have been manufactured in our University.In this paper, by way of technical difficulty, quantitative precision control,intellective temperature control system and high-efficiency micro-shot dosing arestudied and experimented elaborately. For the sake of enhancing the reliability ofVMCD, the measurement and control system of VMCD is configured of oversteppinglimit alarm, including overstepping temperature limit alarm, overstepping time limitalarm, deficiency of air pressure alarm.Utilizing these theory, such as viscous hydrodynamics, electrical, physical,chemical theory in this paper, structural form of casting nozzle and work mode ofmicro-casing have been synthetically analyzed and estimated, and feasible scheme isbrought forward. control mode of various factors are validated, accordingly,quantitative precision control of micro-shot dosing is realized.Two grades of the measurement and control system is discussed in the VMCD,this control system comprises of industrial control computer and programmable logiccontroller (PLC). Intellective temperature control system of micro-shot dosing isstudied primarily, and more accurate control of temperature is implemented with theuse of self-adapting proportion integral differential (PID) control arithmetic.
